Wholestic was created to help organisations address the challenges in allowing their staff to reach their full potential. Too often good employees are hampered by well-meaning but short sighted management practises which ignore important externalities and create bottlenecks and barriers to communication. Wholestic seeks to create a space where the whole of any task or problem can be viewed, assumptions can be broken down, misconceptions cleared and end-to-end solutions developed.
